由于目前许多大中型企业手工化管理会议室,各楼层的会议室空闲/预定情况不能及时得知。为了进一步规范会议室的使用/预定管理,避免资源的冲突。自主研发的基于B/S结构的会议室管理系统,用户只需要通过互联网即可随时了解每个会议室的当前状态和预定情况,提高了会议室的使用率,节省会议组织者的时间。系统默认使用MSSQL2005数据库,使用admin和123456登陆V4.1SP2更新列表:1)增加了类似MSN的会议提醒功能2)修改了报表显示,使用了微软的Chart空间3)增加了日历显示的模式4)修正了V4.1SP1推出时,出现错误的问题5)修正了V4.1里后台单击统计时出现错误的问-Hand due to the current management of many large and medium enterprises conference rooms, meeting rooms on each floor free/booking situation can not be learned in time.
